Do It Anyway
About the Program
We walk through life with ever evolving views and perspectives. From time to time we find ourselves at crossroads — trying to decipher the conflicting messages between our heads and our hearts.
External influences can leave us feeling anxious, confused and disorientated about our life's direction and we can forget who we truly are along the way.
I have lived a life largely filled with ambition and determination — only to be clouded and compressed by uncertainty and self doubt. Despite life changing circumstances I turned my life around. Which means you can too.
Let me help you see through the fog of uncertainty. Let me show you how to realise and reach your true potential as we remove roadblocks, navigate new pathways and overcome resistance from within.
"We may stray from our passion but it will never stray from us."
Self Improvement, On Your Terms
Brett's programs are delivered primarily online — designed for people who are ready to do the work, wherever they are. Whether you're at a crossroads, rebuilding, or simply hungry for more, the Austin Method provides the framework and the accountability to get there.

About
Brett Austin is a qualified cowboy dressage clinician offering horsemanship coaching built on a deep understanding of the horse-human relationship.
Drawing on the same principles that define his approach to life — discipline, patience, persistence — Brett's horsemanship teaching meets horse and rider where they are, and guides them to where they want to be.
Whether you're a first-time handler or an experienced rider looking to refine your partnership, Brett brings a grounded, no-ego approach to every coaching session.
"The horse doesn't care how much you know until it knows how much you care."
What Brett Offers
Horsemanship coaching sessions are available for individuals and small groups. Brett specialises in cowboy dressage — an elegant blend of western tradition and classical dressage principles — alongside broader horsemanship fundamentals.

Brett Austin
Brett Austin first began Martial Arts as a child in 1984 — an experience that became the catalyst for joining the Regular Army in 1989. Serving as a Combat Engineer on the Overseas Deployment Force, Brett discovered GoJu Ryu and trained to Black Belt level.
Frequent postings brought training in Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and combative arts. Having seen active service in East Timor, Brett returned to Brisbane to operate a full-time Close Quarter Combat training centre as 2IC of Budo-Jitsu CQC.
In 2014, after recovering from a broken neck sustained in a major car accident, Brett reconnected with Martial Arts under Master Phil Monaghan. From that day the journey continued to evolve — leading to the opening of Grafton Diamond Martial Arts in October 2016, now Brett Austin's Freestyle Martial Arts.
